Battalion Chief Conni Bailey has been with the Farmington Fire District for over 40 years. She has served in nearly every capacity within the department, culminating in her role as Fire Chief for over 25 years. A proud member of the Farmington community, she continues to serve as Battalion Chief and Administrative Officer, overseeing operations and training.

Conni’s leadership, integrity, and dedication to firefighting have been foundational to the growth and success of the district. Her tireless commitment to service and her guidance in the development of the district’s training and recruitment programs have left a lasting impact.

Known for her ethics and devotion to the craft of firefighting, Conni has been a driving force behind the success of the district, both in times of emergency and in ensuring the continued professionalism of the department.
