Fire Chief Matt Bailey has dedicated over 30 years of service to the Farmington Fire Protection District. A lifelong son of Farmington, Chief Bailey has served in every capacity within the department—from firefighter to his current role as Chief—bringing small-town values, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to the community.
As Fire Chief, he oversees all operations and administrative functions of the district. His leadership is rooted in integrity, accountability, and a deep respect for the traditions and responsibilities of the fire service. His decades of experience and tireless dedication have shaped a department built on service, teamwork, and trust.
